FastFact uses up to 48 physical channels to acquire information directly from sensors, transducers, switches, relay contacts, and PLCs. In many situations, FastFact can "piggyback" onto existing sensor outputs. However, in other cases it is desirable to choose new sensors.

While InFact does not sell sensors and transducers, we do act as an information conduit. As time goes by, we will provide links on this page to vendors that can supply you with sensors, transducers and technical information. We will also publish application notes on both common and unusual sensor applications.

A very complete source of sensor information can be found at Sensors magazine. This publication has three areas of helpful data regarding sensors:

Sensors Buyer's Guide Online. This is an extensive listing of all manor of sensors and vendors. It takes a little work, but you can find almost anything here.
Sensors Express. This is a database of recent product announcements.
Wish List Online lets you ask for information from the sensor industry at large. It can be especially helpful for unusual applications.
