product. It is a complete hardware and software solution
that supplies continuous up-to-the-second information on almost
all aspects of manufacturing and processing.
InFact
provides services to insure a smooth implementation and the
successful ongoing use of FastFact. While FastFact can be
used "out of the box" without any support from InFact, a faster
learning curve and quicker payback can often be achieved with
InFact's help.
Support
InFact strives to make its
customers more productive by supplying useful products and then
providing excellent support. Support is delivered through
a number of mechanisms including, help desk, application
engineers, software updates and answers to frequently asked
questions posted to our web site.

Services For customers who wish to receive
formal FastFact instruction, InFact offers training at our
Beaverton, Oregon facility or on-site at your location.
Basic and advanced classes are available.
InFact can assist in the installation of FastFact if desired.
Installation is straight-forward and is usually done by an
in-house technician or electrician. However, having
a InFact representative involved, especially with the first
FastFact Monitoring Unit (FMU), accelerates implementation and
instills confidence in both installation personnel and end
users.

available and they are listed. Special requests and custom
features or enhancements are available by special arrangement.
